Open Question: Does Naruto know flying thunder god?

In the time skip he trained with Jiraiya and apparently learned nothing other than how to dispel Genjutsu and create big ball Resengan ... it took him a week to learn Resengan? so in 2 and a half years he should know lots of new techniques but he doesn't. He has better chakra control and is a better fighter but Sasuke is obviously more powerful at the same time. Jiraiya said something like "don't use that Jutsu"? I haven't got that far in the anime I'm on ep 125 of Shippuden but do you think Naruto learned flying thunder god and was told not to use it because he could kill himself if he made a mistake? I still don't think it would take him 2 1/2 years to learn and I do think he knows it or will know it :)... Read More »
