Open Question: how do i stop my french bulldog attacking other dogs over toys?

I have a year old male neutered french bulldog. he has been socialised with other dogs from a very young age and all has been fine. recently he has started attacking other dogs over toys, balls and food to the extent of running up to strange dogs to steal their balls and attacking them if they dont give the ball up. he has also developed the habbit of attacking other dogs if they show any sort of aggression towards him, he'll play fine until they growl at him and then he'll just switch and attack i have another two dogs so any tips on how to or if it's possible to train this out of him before he attacks them...
